Silicon Carbide (SiC) is produced by quartz sand, petroleum coke or anthracite and sawdust through electric resistance furnace under the high temperature. It is black opaque body hexagonal crystal with Moh's hardness up to 9.15-9.5, which is ranked second in the hardness just after the diamond.

3.How do you control the quality of Sic?
During the R&D stage, we have comprehensive testing including Purity analysis Grain size analysis, Top density analysis Use a microscope to check on the condition that pass all these essential testing.
In the process of production, our trained QC team inspect products by checking the current. Every products should be approved for strict inspection and ensure that there is no defect working improperly before delivery.
4.Any warranty for your products? If so, details of warranty & how it works.
We hope that quality problem will never happen to you. Warranty is a reflection of our confidence on what we manufacture. All products have passed seriously strict testing and defective rate is extraordinary low. Once quality problem occurs, we will be responsible for it till the end.
5.How long would the delivery time?
In general, the lead time would take about 10-25 working days. However, the delivery time would be a little longer if you have special requirements on the product or an extremely large volume of order, and final delivery time needs to be confirmed by discussing. If there is any delay, you will be contacted via Email and get estimated delivery date.
6.What are my payment choices?
T/T and L\C, Western Union are available, and also Paypal for the sample order.
